This month we're letting fitness expert,Erin Oprea, get us in shape! Tune in for three Shape Up Sessions throughout September with the woman behind Carrie Underwood's famous toned thighs.

Shape Up Session #2

Erin leads us through a Tabata-style workout focusing on plyometric exercises. The workout is four minutes total, with 20 seconds of intense workout, followed by 10 seconds of rest. You'll watch as she demonstrates each of the eight steps of the process and then repeat the circuit on your own approximately three times.
